Wedding
I know the planning of your big day can be hard and stressful and feel like there is a never ending to do list. Mostly that's because you want your wedding to be absolutely perfect so you have to plan every detail, including choosing the most magnificent wedding centerpiece out there.
Now before you go choosing a centerpiece I want to offer my words of wisdom and give a list of things you will need to consider before picking one out.
1. What our your colors? You want to have your colors picked before you find a centerpiece that way they will not be clashing.
2. What size are the tables? You don't want to pick out a large centerpiece if you have small tables or a small centerpiece and large tables.
3. What type of style of wedding are you doing? If you are having a casual wedding then large flower bouquets may look unusual. However if you are having a very formal wedding then using bowl of sand and seashells may look unusual.
4. How tall do you want them to be? Remember that your guests may want to look at the rest of the people at the table so tall centerpieces usually don't go well. I would go for a centerpiece that is no more then 12 inches tall.
5. Do you want more then one type of centerpiece? You can choose to place the same centerpiece on every table or place different ones on each table. My husband and I had three different centerpieces that we placed randomly on tables.
6. Last but certainly not least, How many tables will you have? You need to make sure you have a centerpiece for each table. As a general rule if you are making your own centerpieces or the centerpieces have a chance of breaking, or becoming ruined somehow, I would always plan on an extra 1-2, just in case.
