I am fun, outgoing, bubbly and sporty. I love being at different places - which led to me switching universities almost every year until I settled down in beautiful Cambridge almost 4 years ago - and meeting interesting people.

I am/was a physicist but not your clichees one, I actually preferred *not* talking about science in my spare time. Perhaps that's the reason why I am now officially an engineer (mmmh not sure if that's a move up or down) .... But actually every first-year engineering student knows more about engineering than me. I can't fix radios, bikes or other technical things. The only area of engineering where I know some stuff is engineering design.

For my PhD I look how engineering design thinking could help in designing better services for people with intellectual disabilities .... If you're now completely confused how engineering, design, services and disabilities go together and are really interested in what I do, then let's have a nice cuppa together as it's well beyond this box. If you're not that bothered we can just go for a drink ;)

Right now I am finishing up my PhD - and then we'll see where I'll end up next :)
