Letter to Scott Stapp
Dear Scott,
Hi! I hope you are doing well. I am glad that you are happy.
I am a big fan of yours! You have a great voice. I love it!
You are my favorite singer and Creed is my favorite group. One of the best things about Creed is how loyal they are to their fans. All of you make people feel like they matter. I really think it is good how much you have matured as a person and your warmth, and caring attitude about your fans. Your passion in the songs you sing is so incredible.
I really liked your acoustic version of Overcome, With Arms Wide Open and My Own Prison on VH1.com. It was awesome! My favorite songs by Creed are Higher, With Arms Wide Open, My Sacrifice, Are You Ready, My Own Prison, Faceless Man, and One. I think the vocals in My Own Prison are amazing.
I hope you have learned to not be such a people pleaser and be true to yourself. There are some people in your life that you will never please. It is better to be true to yourself but in the end how you live your life is up to you of course.
Creed's songs have helped me so much in my life. I have something called TMJ disorder which affects the jaw which caused me to be in pain on and off for 17 years.
The two songs that helped me through tough days were Higher and With Arms Wide Open. They are beautiful songs. They were like lights at the end of the tunnel for me. They just gave me hope that things would get better and gave me a more positive outlook on life. I am so thankful for your music.
Good luck with your new baby Daniel. I hope that he will grow up to be as kind as you are.
I wish that I could meet all of Creed at a meet and greet and thank all of them personally for what their songs have meant to me, a whole lot, but since I probably won't get to I am writing this letter.
I really liked your performance of Faceless Man in Kansas City, MO on a video I watched of you.
I have nicknamed you the Energizer bunny because you are always going at a concert and have high energy.
Good luck in your future endeavors.
Rock on,
Julie
